SOBRE EL DIARIO

Justicia(s), es una revista académica, científica, arbitrada, semestral (junio-diciembre), de publicación continua desde el año 2022, está abierta a discusión en temáticas relacionadas con la ciencia jurídica, adscrita a la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Otavalo-Ecuador (ISSN digital: 2953-6758). La publicación de la revista Justicia(s) en formato digital, tiene como objetivo la difusión del conocimiento y el fomento de la producción científica en temáticas relacionadas con la ciencia jurídica. 

Los manuscritos pueden ser artículos de investigación que contengan resultados parciales o finales, análisis jurisprudenciales, artículos de revisión, entrevista a expertos y reseñas de libros, los mismos deben ser inéditos y no haber sido propuestos simultáneamente a otras revistas. Los referidos manuscritos serán inéditos, contendrán un máximo de cuatro (4) autores, pueden ser escritos en español o inglés, no deberán haber sido propuestos simultáneamente a otras revistas. Una vez que pasen la fase preliminar de pre evaluación editorial, a cargo del Comité Editorial, serán sometidos al arbitraje, bajo el sistema doble ciego de pares externos. 

La Universidad de Otavalo no se hace responsable del contenido y opiniones expresadas por los autores; para ello, el Comité Editorial de la revista coordinará y supervisará los procesos de revisión y arbitraje, por lo cual realizará la identificación de copia no autorizada o plagio. En caso de reclamo por derechos de autor, este debe dirigirse al editor de la revista quien elevará conocimiento del Comité Editorial para análisis y resolución. Los costos de la edición de los manuscritos son asumidos íntegramente por la Universidad de Otavalo, institución patrocinadora, los autores no tendrán ningún cargo asociado a su envío o a su publicación.

FOCUS AND SCOPE

JUSTICIA(S) is a biannual peer-reviewed scientific journal affiliated with the Law School of the University of Otavalo (Ecuador), whose purpose is to disseminate knowledge and promote scientific production on issues related to legal science. The publication, in digital format, aims to generate a national and international debate within the current constitutional State, of rights and social justice, pluralist, intercultural and diverse, which is why it covers areas of the general field of law and related sciences, such as: constitutional, civil, criminal, environmental, commercial, administrative, labor, public and private international, procedural, indigenous justice, legal pluralism, legal philosophy, human rights, legal psychology, history of law and legal anthropology, among others.

The journal JUSTICIA(S) receives unpublished publications and is aimed at students, researchers and professors. The range of areas is defined by the Editorial Committee in the specific review for each issue. The costs of editing the manuscripts are fully assumed by the University of Otavalo, so the authors will not have any charges associated with their submission or publication.

The University of Otavalo is not responsible for the content and opinions expressed by the authors. In any case, the editorial committee of the journal coordinates and supervises the review and arbitration processes and carries out the normal procedures for identifying unauthorized copying or plagiarism. Any situation related to this aspect, not previously detected, is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the author(s) of the article. In the event of any report or claim, it must be made to the Editorial Committee in the person of the Editor of the Journal and after prior consideration of the case by the Editorial Committee, the article may be withdrawn from the journal.

This journal provides open access to its content, allowing the total or partial reproduction of these and their consultation, distribution and exhibition as long as the original source is cited, in accordance with the Creative Commons 4.0 license. Based on this premise, the general public is offered freedom to access research in the search for achieving a global exchange of knowledge,

The mission of the JUSTICIA(S) Journal is to disseminate scientific knowledge in areas related to legal science and dogma, through the publication of research of academic excellence, in the search to globally socialize intellectual production.

To serve as a promoter of high-quality scientific publications in the national and international context with a view to projecting itself as a leading platform in the field of legal research.
